talkcuts turns one episode video into its 2 or 3 best moments, as vertical clips with captions cut on full sentences. Upload an MP4 or MOV of 1 to 90 minutes; the free trial lasts 15 days or 3 episodes, with no card. Paid plans, opening soon, charge only for clips you download.

How does talkcuts work?
- Go to app.talkcuts.com/try and sign in with Google or with a link we email you.
- Upload your episode: a video file (MP4 or MOV), 1 to 90 minutes, up to 2 GB. A Google Drive link set to "anyone with the link" works too. If it is on YouTube, download it from YouTube Studio first.
- talkcuts reads the whole transcript and picks the moments that make one complete point. Each becomes a vertical clip (1080 × 1920) with captions. Under Clip settings you can choose short clips (about 25 to 60 seconds) or "Full thought" (up to 3 minutes), how two people are shown, an optional title line at the top, and a steady or punch-in camera.
- Before you see a clip, it is checked: a clip that starts late or ends early is re-cut, or left out. You get 3 clips, or 2 when only 2 moments are good enough.
- We email you when they are ready. Watch each clip, then download the ones you like, one by one or as a ZIP, with text to paste for YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
How does the free trial work?
The trial lasts 15 days from your first sign-in or 3 episodes, whichever comes first. No card. Clips have no talkcuts watermark. One trial per person and device.
How much does it cost after the trial?
Paid plans open soon. You will pay per clip you download; a clip you skip costs nothing. Every plan has the same tool; only the number of clips changes. Prices in US dollars.

How do I cancel?
The free trial simply ends: nothing to cancel, nothing charged. Paid plans are not open yet. When they open, monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.
What happens to my episode and clips?
- We use your episode only to make your clips, and never to train AI models.
- Episode files are deleted within 7 days after your clips are made; clips and transcripts within 30 days.
- We never post anything on your accounts. The clips are yours to post anywhere.
